1. Introduction

Welcome to 9kboss (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 9kboss governing your access to and use of the website located at 9kboss.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through it.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an Account on 9kboss, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform entirely on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, unless you have independently confirmed that your participation is lawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee or contractor of 9kboss or its affiliated operators, without prior written consent.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform, and your Account has not been terminated for Prohibited Conduct.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on 9kboss requires the submission of accurate, current and complete personal information. You undertake to maintain and promptly update your Account details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.

4.1 Required Information

During registration and KYC verification, you may be required to provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth confirming you meet the minimum age requirement.
• A valid email address and/or Pakistani mobile number.
• Residential address, including city (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar) and postal code.
• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identity document as requested.
• Proof of address where required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement).
• A selfie or liveness check confirming the account holder matches the submitted identity document.

4.2 Document Integrity

You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Submission of forged, altered or falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds held and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one Account. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts belonging to that individual may be closed, any accumulated winnings may be voided and deposits refunded at 9kboss's sole discretion.

5. Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will access the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any commercial or professional purpose without express written authorisation from 9kboss.
• You will not attempt to access any part of the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence applications that simulate human interaction without prior written consent.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm or system forming part of the Platform.
• You will not transmit any malware, virus, spyware or any other harmful code through the Platform.
• You accept that all gambling activities carry inherent financial risk and that 9kboss makes no representation or guarantee regarding potential winnings or outcomes.
• You acknowledge that the Platform is for information and entertainment purposes and that you are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must immediately notify 9kboss support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 9kboss will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using payment methods made available by the operator from time to time, which may include bank transfers, and familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT, where supported. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice and is determined solely by the operator.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the payment section of the Platform. 9kboss accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or as otherwise approved by the operator.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are beyond the sole control of 9kboss where third-party processors are involved.
• Withdrawal amounts in PKR are subject to applicable exchange rates and processing fees where relevant.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

9kboss is committed to complying with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request the source of funds for any deposit or to delay, suspend or reverse any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a transaction may be connected with unlawful activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

9kboss may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only, as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• A wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x the bonus amount) must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are distinct from Real-Money Funds. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• 9kboss reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to eligible Users.
• Each User is entitled to claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus only once. Duplicate Accounts used to claim bonuses multiple times will be treated as Prohibited Conduct.
• Bonus amounts shown in promotional materials (e.g., "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus") are illustrative maximums unless stated otherwise. The actual bonus amount depends on the User's qualifying deposit and may be lower.

8. Betting & Game Rules

All sports betting markets, live in-play bets, casino games and other wagering activities offered on the Platform are subject to specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific rules shall prevail for that activity.

8.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted subject to the applicable odds and market conditions at the time of placement. 9kboss reserves the right to limit bet amounts, refuse bets or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system faults, match abandonment, incomplete fixture information or evidence of Prohibited Conduct.

Cricket betting markets covering PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and other international and domestic cricket events are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. 9kboss has no affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket board or team.

8.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino games, live dealer tables and instant games are provided by third-party game content providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealing, as applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within individual game information panels where provided by the game supplier.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and potential civil or criminal referral:

• Registering more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account without their express authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit market positions.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, pricing mistakes or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 9kboss staff, agents or other users.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer or modify any part of the Platform's underlying software or systems.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without written authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9kboss Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 9kboss or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified or displayed without the prior written consent of 9kboss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kboss, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any technical failure, downtime, data breach or system error affecting the Platform.
• The outcome of any wager, game or sports event.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gambling

9kboss is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become problematic and we have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to assist Users in maintaining control over their gambling activity.

12.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon request.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders can be configured to alert Users when a defined play session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe they have a gambling problem may self-exclude for an extended period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 9kboss support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and standard processing timelines.

13.2 Termination by 9kboss

9kboss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• You have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account has been identified as belonging to a person under the minimum required age.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, a court order or a regulatory authority.
• Continued operation of your Account presents a risk to the Platform's security, integrity or legal compliance.

Where termination is due to Prohibited Conduct, 9kboss reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation and any applicable legal process.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence, as specified in the operator's licence documentation. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation. 9kboss makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful or available for use in Pakistan. 15. Amendments to These Terms

9kboss reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
